We waited 2hrs45mins for our pizza. Tammy Ozmand the GM walks up to my door shaking her head at me hands me the pizza and with an incredibly rude tone said she will not be giving us another pizza for free and next time she will not come out here because she didn’t know our unit number. We confirmed our full address both times we called. What a lack of customer service and professionalism from the general manager. If she didn’t have our unit number at any point in time her or her staff could have called our phone number to confirm the address. We will never eat pizza ever again.
Love the pizza but truly dont understand why you wont deliver to my address when your compition in the same plaza will! your loss!
Utter Crap. Really downhill this place has gone over the years. I am surprised it still exists. The staff are slobs and rude. The place is so dirty front to back. The pizza (usually take out for me) is a joke. toppings on half the pizza or missing alltogether. Undercooked almost everytime. The toppings are so scant it looks as though they got on there accidentally. Pizza hut used to be great and worth the wait and almost worth the money. Now its a complete joke and rip off. I dont even bother anymore because its a let down every single time. Even if they made it more competitive i wouldnt care because theyve chinsed everything including the actual size of the pizzas.the sauce tastes different too like its full of sugar and crapola. they put a dollars worth of cheese and charge for 10.I can get 4 pizzas just as good and better for what they charge. They(PH) wont last much longer. I dont know anyone that orders from them anymore. Same with dominos and ginos. Its pretty much made as cheap as possible now they could care less. the ovens they use now have ruined the industry. pizzas take a bit more time. stick it pizzahut, et al.!!! been done with you for over a decade.
September 26, 2014. I never review – however after having a dinner (pizza) downtown at Buon Gusto September 20th (FANTASTIC) kids wanted pizza hut. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I should have refused to pay. It was by far the worst pizza I have ever had.
No consideration for gluten free. Use to eat at Pizza Hut regularly, then late onset Celiac disease hit me. Now it seems I can eat at most major chains, but Pizza Hut remains static in their dealings with this rising need for gluten free products.

Was less than $10 with a drink and tax during some promotion.Delivery is okay but I recommend dinning in.Recommendation: Make sure you know what type of crust you want! Poor delivery service, only go there for the buffet which is generally accommodating and they take input on what to make next.
