PJ’s Restaurant is run by The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management of University of Guelph.Check their websites as groups of students in the program would be running Theme lunch with a special menu on a weekly bases. The theme menu is in additional to their regular menu, so more like a lunch special!Price is really reasonable with Main at under $10 and dessert/appetizer at around $4. Students are able to learn how to design a menu, prepping, serving and learning cost control. At the end of the meal, you will be given a survey and constructive comments are always welcome!If you are in the area, it is a nice alternative for lunch. And make sure to check their website for menu offers. Reservations highly recommended via Opentable. As this give the students an idea of attendance and they would be able to prep their number of servings accordingly!
