  This place is horrid. You place a order for delivery. Hour & a half later.. the food is no where. Call. They say.. it should have been there by now. We will send it right out again. Almost a hour later..no food. Call again. Listen to a pile of dog dung.. we do not know when the driver will be back. Ask for the manager. Listen to the lies upon lies. You gave us the wrong address. No, we did not. Oh, the driver got the wrong address. The girl taking the order got it wrong. Do you still want the food. We are just making it.. now! Almost three hours later. Uh, no. Never order or buy from the Popeyes again. They are the worst liers & will not admit or make up for Thier Mistakes ! Order something else. Can see why it has the worse reviews & stars. Disgrace. No Way. Popeyes will go down.

  Popeyes is usually the best chicken in the city, however at this location I had the WORST Chicken STRIPS EVER!!! I signed up this app just to write this review. Not only it was the worst chicken, it also had the worst service. I ordered total of 9 strips, it came with 8 strips but even after I asked to make sure they have everything. And the WORST part: No dipping sauce. They took my all of my 3 ranch order down in the computer and yet, they just asked me if I wanted ketchup and gave me ketchup with no ranch dip. ALL of this after waiting for 30 minutes. And chicken was under cooked and not crispy at all. DO NOT COME HERE! Waste of money.

  worse service I’ve ever had I ordered online at 8pm at 9pm I called to see if they got my prepaid online order. The extremely rude woman said yes we do and hung up. I called back said you didn’t even ask me my address how do you know by my telephone number? She said what’s the address I tell her she said yes we have it and hung up. At 10pm I called back still no food. She said were closed call back when we are open and hung up. I called back said I placed it online at 8pm you said you had the order at 9pm and I paid for it online! She said you never placed an order and hung up on me. I called back she hung up on me. I called just eats they called the restaurant and reimbursed me my money. They also had the manager call and apologize to me. He too was rude insisting just eats messed up not them. I informed him his employee told prior she had my order and she was rude she even told me the last call to f off and hung up she should be fired. I will never order from this location again ever at all. Woodlawn rd location in guelph never a problem this one on Harvard should be reported to Popeye’s corporate office!!!!!!

  Popeyes is an awesome place to visit with family.They are always serving fresh food and they serve fast.Their daily deals are well priced.I highly recommend popeyes for chicken lovers.

  Best Chicken In Town. I have tried popeyes and loved it every time. I was big fan of KFC but Popeyes Chicken is much better quality and not greasy at all.They offer daily deals so you can try any of their items in a week in less price.Popeyes sandwiches are amazing. Do try.

  Yummy chicken. The chicken isn’t greasy and has a nice spice to it. The coleslaw is the best in town, by far. Very yummy!
