Terrible customer service!!!. I’ve eaten here a few times and overall the food isn’t bad however they have very little to no customer service. I just tried placing an order over the phone it rang like 12 times before someone answered followed by what sounded like screaming and then I got hung up on. It was strange but I shrugged it off and called again , the phone rang even longer this time and then whoever answered started off by saying pick up or delivery I said delivery and without any sort of acknowledgement to my response I was put on hold. Normally I’m a very patient person but when I’m treated like a number rather then a paying customer I have a problem with that. Anyway there are plenty of other take out choices around my area so needless or say they did not receive my business tonight and may not receive it in the future.
Just ordered, over $60.00 food, they got it wrong. Called to let them know, and they wanted me to come pick up the right order, apparently they don’t deliver, right. I said no, wanted it delivered, and they said not possible. No discount or anything else offered, will NOT order again, my advise, if you want the food you ordered, check every detail before leaving the store.
Favourite Chinese Takeout!. We love Ray’s! It’s great Chinese Takeout for a reasonable price. Lemon chicken is delicious. We usually get the Super Deal Dinner for 4 for about $22 then add lemon chicken or just go for the Dinner for 4, which is a bit more but comes with the lemon chicken and beef broccoli instead of beef vegetable. YUM!I’ve only ever actually eaten in the restaurant once. The lunch was good. Cheap, quick and very filling. The staff are pretty reserved, but no biggie.
Not the most personable staff but food relatively good. I suggest delivery! All the good stuff, avoid the bad…lemon chicken is great.
