Get out of the cold! 16oz coffee only $2. Soups made fresh on-site from wholesome ingredients not leftovers!. If you are tired of paying big prices for low quality food from the BIG chains then Give Sapphire a try. From the outside you would never know what a welcoming little place it is. Its the type of place where you can just walk in alone or with friends and feel very comfortable. The items that are made there are all top notch and high quality, but the prices are similar to the prices of the big chains. Food is prepared on site with pure ingredients. I take my laptop and often do work there or meet with clients. I like to try something new each time. Lattes, Chia Latte, Hot Chocolate, Espresso, Cappuccinos. There is a steady flow of regulars that come in to take out their favourite coffee or tea. Sometimes they bring their own mug! No fancy labels on the cups because it’s not about the cup but what’s inside! Very casual environment. The lunches are tasty and wholesome. Alone or with friends. Give it a try!02 Aug, 2013The food is fresh, unique and tasty. . Friendly atmosphere with good service. Price is very reasonable. Take out or eat in. Delicious turkey sandwiches. Salad and homemade ice-cream made at site. Tasteful music being played from owners Vinyl collection. Overall a good experience.

Service/Food/Value: All Excellent!. Went for lunch with some friends and hadn’t been before. I was pleased that the owner spent time making sure we were well taken care of. Food came quickly and was very delicious. Everyone at our table was impressed by the gourmet food and very reasonably prices. Restaurants in Guelph can be hit and miss but this one is a winner! I’ll be going back soon!
