Really great food! Lots of good flavours and spice level. The Indian roti was huge. I ordered three but only needed two. Would definitely be back and have the takeout menu.
Best Naan in Guelph. This place has really great indian food, we’ve had the madras, aloo gobi, korma and naan/garlic naan. OH THE NAAN… so incredibly chewy and crispy, you really must get it with your meal. Tonight I picked up just an order of naan because we were making curry at home and I couldn’t stand the thought of president’s choice naan! Don’t be fooled by the sign, Spice roots is a place to get delicious, quality indian cuisine in Guelph.
Real Good. Ordered Take out last night, had the Labadhar. It was delicious and the Naan was incredible. Definitely going back
Need More Heat. A nice complexity of flavours but not hot enough. Dishes should come in Mild, Medium or Hot. Would like a bit more chicken and saag paneer in dishes. Over all not bad. Will go again.
Ordered a take out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dal was salty and buttered chicken was cold! I think this dish has been sitting in their kitchen for sometime, they could have at least warmed it up. Will not go back.
The atmosphere was nice and the food was ok however we were disappointed that the small dishes did not come with rice or naan. Over all found it overpriced, would not return.
Best butter chicken and nane bread in Guelph. Finally do not have to drive to mississauga for Indian food. Great fair prices for South end of Guelph
