Pizza itself is really good, customer service/management is the weakness of this location.
Took 90 minutes to arrive, it wasn’t hot when it got here. Person on the phone apologized but lied and said we were regular customers she. This is out first time ordering there.Pizza wasn’t bad. Not the best I’ve had. Sad to say I won’t be ordering from there again!
The place itself is a bit unclean but they pizza is really good. The standard is thick crust which I love and all ye pizza has a really good sauce. Good pizza
Great Pizza – Great Service. We order from Titos every week. We do both delivery and pickup and have always had awesome service. Pickup is usually ready within 10-15 mins and delivery under an hour always. The pizza is the best in town. We moved to Guelph about 2 years ago and tried different places until we found Tito’s. Their pizza sauce is awesome!
I like it!. I’ve ordered at least 10 pizza’s from Tito’s and I haven’t had a bad experience. They have always been on time and I prefer them over the crappy franchises cardboard pizza. Two thumbs up!!!!
Disappointing. Our order took 2 hours to arrive. We called at 90 minutes to see where our food was, and they said it was just out the door. Half an hour later it finally comes, and wasn’t all that impressive.
Ignoant manager, poor customer skills. Worst possible customer service. Wait over 90 minutes for delivery. Called 30 minutes in because couldn’t remember the order. After 90 minutes called and said they had the wrong address. They would be out right away. Minute later some manager calls and begins to scream, argue and curse at my wife who then hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Got the same ignoramace who spoke to my wife. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!!
