Extremely RUDE. In all my life (and I’m no spring chicken) have I met someone so rude. Not to mention she’s the business owner. After making three trips to this store, I finally managed to get there one day while it was opened, as the hours are that of a convenience store – opened at my convenience- not that of a typical store, there wasn’t much on a hot summer day, there was not much to chose from. After looking at the displayed menu, I was given a different menu but when I compared the two and asked questions about the products as the names and prices were all different, I was told to use the one she chose. As a customer I expressed confusion at her pricing and names of products she asked me to leave and took the two items I had and opened the door and asked my child and I to leave. Don’t worry dear, we won’t be back, but without customers there is no business. The other customer who is a friend of hers did agree with me that what I said made sense, but her business sense could not see it as she is not a visionary. As a fellow country man, I was embarrassed to see her behaviour and know this mentality is why business owners of that mentality do not do well.
