Not one of the better places to eat in downtown. Fairly upscale feeling, but service is slow and our food came out completely cold, my Mum was extremely upset. They had to microwave her food… They did compensate some of the meal, and I will give the server points for being polite and apologizing (even though we know it wasn’t her fault).

Where else in guelph can you get a fantastic steak and stay in a unique boutique hotel with your own kitchen? How about your own kitchen that has a skylight?? Ate here for lunch, promptly made reservation for business dinner then had another lunch. Awesome hotel, awesome chef (Mark) in the restaurant.

Way better than I expected! Service was quick and attentive and food was pretty flavourful. Definitely a fan of the steak sandwich. Would come back here again.
Good atmosphere but awful food. Garlic bread was cold and not toasted. Caesar wrap was bland with limp old lettuce. Fries and potato fries were the only good thing, but the potato fries didn’t come with any dip. Service was slow even just for drinks. I might come back for drinks only.
Quite Delicious!. Just getting started, so the waitstaff and overall running of the restaurant was a bit awkward- still trying to get in the groove of things. We went on steak night and our steak, although over cooked, was delicious! We had shrimp to start, very fresh and I had their salad, which was also very good, but a lot of dressing. Overall, great experience!*Serve organic meat and burgers! great choice!
Disappointing. Upsides: great theme and decor, nice open window seating, decent prices.Downsides: the food was very disappointing. The poutine was terrible, the burger was mediocre (and had very limited options), and the jalapeno poppers were tasteles.Might return for drinks, but probably won’t ever eat there again.
