Disappointed. Not the real Big Boy Burger like in Richmond hill. Decent if you want a burger but wouldn't be first choice in town. I would rate it 2/5…

Fries are really good.Burgers are fine but over-priced for what you get. I won't go back. Get a better burger at the Mess Hall or Pickled Piper.…

Awesome, pride in ownership is apparent! DELICIOUS FOOD!!. The owners are who you generally deal with here. Angelo & Jimmy are fantastic people and they make tasty food. My colleagues and I (Georgetown Kia) have eaten here dozens of times and every single time it is awesome, without exception! I’ve eaten at Union Burger, Three Bros, etc and they have nothing on Big Boy, and Big Boy is less $! Additionally, you get to see the people that profit from your patronage, they are right there taking care of you and they do care, its very obvious. Not some stock holders and American execs in their big offices that you are supporting buying most elsewhere. Support a locally owned business run by decent people that will work to make sure your meal is exactly the way you want. Did I mention delicious fried onions are an available topper? My favourite: New York steak on a kaiser, with bacon, cheese, fried onions and steak sauce! YUM!
Not impressed. We ordered two burgers and one serving of onion rings. The food was good, however, the prices were atrocious. Almost $5 for a side of onion rings seems a little ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. The service was painfully slow. We placed our order and waited another 10-15 minutes before they asked us what we ordered so we could finally pay. Then it was another few minutes before the food was actually ready. It was not busy in the shop at all – only two customers ahead of us.The gentlemen preparing the food seemed absolutely miserable. Not very good customer service skills at all which was disappointing. They take debit and credit now which is why we finally decided to stop and try them out.We will likely not be returning.
Delicious souvlaki, onion rings and burgers (Halton Hills location). Had the souvlaki dinner which was fresh and tasty. The onion rings were home made, battered right in the store before our eyes! They were delicious! The bacon/cheeseburger was like homemade and all the topping were fresh. If you’re looking for a good burger alternative to the fast food chains, it’s the best!
Best place in town. Awsome burgers. had the chicken souvlaki dinner it was great and only $13.99 i went to symposiom and it cost me double.. fresh cut fries and homemade onion rings. i know its greek guys cooking back there so you know its good!
Among the best burger I have tasted in ontario
Mediocre. Half hearted reno. Terrible parking.Cash only establishment.Burger is a typical ‘ Bear Paw’ patty, offers good texture and rather moist. Decent flavor overall. Bun is very good, toppings are standard affair.Fresh cut fries in house, sadly they were flavorless. No combos available, roughly looking at $15 for burger, fries and a can of pop; sit down restaurant price IMHO.A break from the burger place across the street but nothing to write home about.
Not completely fresh. Reheated patties. BLAH. If I wanted that I’d go to McDonald’s
