  Bad service time and time again. And everytime I just try to ignore it, but after our horrible experience yet again last week enough is enough.EXTREMELY rude staff, never a smile on their face. They couldnt care less about their customers. Too bad times to complain about. Every single time we have ever gone they have been rude. -They love to tell you a short wait time, however half the time you will show up and be waiting an extra half hour. I dont mind waiting but dont tell me 15 minutes when the foods going to take 45. -Their menu states free Wong Tong with sauce with order over $27. She refused to give the free food with our $30 order because we had a few lunch specials in our order, nowhere on the menu does it state that this free food is not included with any specials. When I mentioned this to her, I got screamed at, telling me in raised voice NO YOU GOT LUNCH SPECIALS -NO FREE FOOD! NO NO NO!!!!!!! literally no exaggeration!!.. I was shocked at her reaction.I told her WOW ok then, hung up. When I showed up 15 minutes later to pick up my food, she had cancelled my order and it wasnt made. She offered to start making it then and have us wait, I told her NO WAY and left.-The soft, low mein noodles time and time again are burnt black and crispy. -If you try to go there to eat in, you wont even have your jackets off yet before they ask you what you want to order, with a rude rushed tone, and again no smiles. They dont offer menus unless you ask for one, and they are so quick to rush you to order so they can sit down a table away with their entire family to eat as well. -If and when you do make a complaint to them, they will tell you off and not offer to fix their mistakes. Just all around TERRIBLE/HORRIBLE/DESPICABLE customer service. You would think after dealing with people face to face for years you could at least have a smile on your face when customers come in. Nasty.- From now on, when we want Chinese food, we will be taking our MONEY to House of Buddha downtown. Where we will be treated with respect.

  I order food here 10 times a year and i find the food always hot and fresh. Some times i order for Delivery, most times it comes quickly but when i order between 5-6 pm it does take awhile 1 or2 hours but they do tell you it will take hour and a half to 2 hours and it is hot when it comes. there the only restaurant in Georgetown that has not forgot something in my order. like McDonalds 40% of the time in the drive thru.
