The halibut & chips are good
Good quality food but comparatively expensive. The fish is very lightly battered and always good quality. The problem is that the owner accepts only cash. No debit. No credit. Explanation: too costly. Ok, I accept that, but I can get all-you-can eat fish (pollock) and chips with soup and bottomless soft drinks at my favourite diner by my workplace in Vaughan for a lot less ($10), paid for with plastic. Tables and chairs have been upgraded recently, but the walls and general decor are old and worn.
