I usually choose this place to go when I crave sushi with my 3 kiddos because my kids love a huge variety of sushi. I’ve always had a decent experience. Nothing to rave about but certainly fine. This last time (and the time before), the service was ridiculously slow…like 25 minutes to get a miso soup andedamame. This was before any of the rolls came out (another 15-20 minutes after miso soup). The food has always tasted good (especially their hockey roll) but theportions are small (andget smaller each time) which is fine as it’s all you can eat. However, they routinely forget about1/4 ofthe items I order. Since it takes so long to bring anything out, I don’t even bother to try and re-order what I actually want because it’s 90 minutes into dinner at this point. Customer service was pretty much non-existent except the wonderful lady who would bring water.Disappointing.

Great sushi, poor customer service. I booked a group reservation for 14 people, for AYCE, for a celebration. They wanted two sheets of papers with our orders. The problem with that was our orders were mixed between the two groups, which was confusing. Some people didn’t get what they had ordered, at all. I feel they should have a better system. The food no doubt was delicious, fresh and hot. I would return with a small group, maximum 4 people. But never anything larger than that.
Clean, great mango and arctic rolls. Good service.
