  Horrible experience. Service was horrible when I asked a question servers were very rude and not polite felt very awkward …food was dry and some of the worst Chinese food i have had would not recommend this restaurant or return to give them my business

  Horrible food and service. I ordered food from there. They said the wait time would be 15 minutes. When I brought the food home ,t he meat was undercooked. The beef had no tastes. The vegetables looked and tasted old. When I call to let them know nicely that I was displeased with the food. Instead of offering a solution or trying to make me happy as most places would, they did nothing. He just dismissed my complaint. He was just rude, not only was the food horrible but the service was even worst. I ended up ordering food from China Kiki instead. China Palace is the worst Chinese store in the entire city.

  Delicious food that is a take-out staple in our house!. I’ve been ordering from China Palace when they used to be located on Upper James and Hester Street and I’m never disappointed. We have tried other places, but their Sweet & Sour Pork and Spicy Shrimp with Broccoli is the best in the city. Only negative is that the new place is a lot smaller and is always busy at dinner. Well worth the wait. Its family owned and the owners speak fluent English, which is a bonus when you are looking to try something new.
