Sweet Product, Sour Disposition. I work at the mall and often stop by Cinnabon for a coffee/ cinnamon bun break. One thing I like about this place is that they are consistent in serving a great product; there don’t seem to be any ‘good’ or ‘bad’ batch days, as some restaurants or bakeries might have. However, in the last year or so I’ve found that the service isn’t that great. Sure, it’s fast food in a tiny location, but the staff, whom every guest is able to overhear bickering with one another is the close quarters, really don’t seem to enjoy being there- at all. I know I will continue to stop by Cinnabon for my coffee breaks however, because they do provide a great classic cinnamon that never changes.

The quality is not as good as a real quality bakery, but they fool you by drowning it in icing.
