I redeemed my free pizza with there rewards program and got an ‘error’ which led to my order going through without the coupon applied and now I lost the points and I called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it. Good way to treat someone who has ordered from your store 100+ times now. Not only that their drivers then can take anywhere from 5-30 minutes to show up to your house. I wonder what they’re doing when I see them coming down the street and turn off into a side street for 20+ minutes then decide to show up to my house? Also, they rose their minimum order price to be ONE cent higher than my usual order that I make. Certainly just a coincidence and not targeting customers they don’t like.
