Amazing LOVE these guys!!!!. East Wok has never been anything but good to me, I have had an experience with them in which somebody from my home had ordered a large quantity of food, and then myself(on my way home) had ordered the same large quantity of food. The guys at Eastwok realized I had made the exact same ordered as somebody else and instead of chargin me for the order I had made(which is already cooked and ready to go they let it slide, I love them there they are fantastic and I have gotten multiple free chicken chow mein from them all around great place huge portions of food and always a delicious taste. GREAT choice if in the area.

I find most places in Hamilton are bland & greasy but I have been to East Wok twice for dinner and both times, I have loved it. I am impressed with the quantity you receive and the amazing flavours. I’m not a fried rice person but they have the best chicken fried rice!
I am so sorry that I chose to drive 11 minutes from home to pick up my order and pay in full with cash. I am so sorry that you forgot one of the key items of my order and I did not realize it until I drove the entire 11 minutes back home. I am so sorry that you felt it would cost you too much to drive the entire 11 minutes to my home and deliver the missing item. I am so sorry that your solution was to offer me a credit. If you had no means of delivering the missing item that solution may have solved the issue, but as you pointed out…it would cost too much to drive the entire 11 minutes to my home to rectify the issue. Funny, that I felt it might be worth it to make that drive myself to pick up dinner for my family after working all week. I’m so sorry that you handled your mistake so poorly and insulted me by suggesting that my business was not worth the time or cost of an 11 minute drive. Really I am so sorry for it all..
Ok for lunch, not dinner…. Lunch is pretty good, you get to choose what you like, but not dinner. Dinner is not worth it. I hate the dinners they have in their menuThe choices offered for lunch are not offered and to buy them it cost a fortuneIt’s ridiculous. Dinner time, go somewhere else where they value their customers and offer what customer likes, not what’s convenient to cook.
Our first time but not our last!. My husband I were in the mood for Chinese Food and have driven past East Wok a few times so thought we would give them a call and try their home delivery. The gentleman who took our order was polite and promptly called me back with the total as promised. He said the delivery would be about 40 min and he was spot on. We received the food and it was hot and tasty. The spring rolls had us rolling our eyes in delight! The texture and freshness was wonderful, the cabbage actually crunched slightly..just superb. We ordered two rice dishes the Cantonese special for hubby and the chicken for me (have a shell fish allergy) both were tasty and hubby was impressed with the bacon in his. I had sweet and sour chicken balls as I am not very adventurous and they were wonderful. Not greasy but tasty even hubby who turns up his nose at chicken balls finished off mine and raved about how good they were. Hubby’s beef with snow peas was tasty and the pea pods actually crunched..just perfect. He also ordered Singapore Noodles but they will be for his lunch tomorrow. If they are as good as the rest of the food I know he will be a happy man. I should mention the delivery driver was polite and friendly. Over all an awesome first experience..if they keep this up..they will definitely have repeat customers.
