Monday wing night. Turned up early sold out of wings for the 1/2 price wing night , server said someone forgot to order them in the kitchen, the food we ordered was decent but not great. Deserts should of been thrown out long before they arrived to the public
Inconsistent. Such a hard restaurant to rate. I mean, the first time I went there, the service was great and my chicken sandwich and salad were absolutely delicious. The second time it was mediocre on both accounts and the third time the service was good, but the sandwich was inedible. It’s unfortunate really, because I love the patio and it’s a great spot for an afternoon or after work pint. Too bad the food isn’t consistently good 🙁

Horrible management. I am very disapointed in this place i was there with a large group for dinner and the service we got was horrible the food was cold took for ever to get service we asked to speak to the manager and when he finally decided to stop talking to all the young girls in the place and talk to us he was so rude and disrespectfull it looks like the have a 20 yr old kid running the place no wonder its as bad as it is we will never go back again
Try the steak!. Went to the Gown recently for an afterwork function. They have a steak special Thursdays where they give you an 8 ounce plus 2 sides for 10 bucks. Embarased to say I couldn’t finish my plate. It was delicious and the server was excellent in spite of how busy it was! This is how I remember Hess!
Best, juiciest burger. Was at the Gown yesterday and had their new G&G Burger. It is sooooo good! Awesome with onion rings and and a sweet sauce – on a pretzel bun! Would definitely have again. Love the atmosphere and new menu!
Too bad…. This used to be my bar in Hess (when I still went to Hess) and they totally destroyed it with the reno. Yuck.
