Delicious dinner. Went out for dinner and was very pleased with all aspects of the meal. We began with wine and mussels. Timing and flavour were excellent. Then continued with blackened tilapia and pickerel Provenal , flavourful , moist and tender. The vegetables , plentiful varied and flavourful. All the while the server was attentive,, knowledgeable and interested in the needs of the customer. The creme brle was delicious . All aspects of the meal were above expectations. A pearl waiting to be opened like our mussels

Delicious. We have been to J Anthony’s several times now and the experience is always first rate. The soups are one of my absolute favourites! The atmosphere is very nice and the servers have always been extremely helpful. I have tried a new wine with each visit and the pairing suggestions have been perfect. Definitely our new favourite place to go!
Great. We have been twice in the last week. Tilapia, jerk chicken, signature salad, butter nut squash soup, fish tacos… all excellent. They are now serving alcohol as well. Very friendly service. Go out and support a local, independent restaurant.
This is the best kept secret in Hamilton! The food is fantastic! I had the blackened tilapia, it was the best seafood meal I’ve ever had. I will definetly be back to try everything on the menu!
Fantastic – through WagJag. My friends and I came to dine via a WagJag offer we found for a $50 meal, half price. The tapas were delicious – especially the risotto balls. The restaurant was classy: well-decorated, the bar was beautiful (though not yet serving alcohol) and the server was wonderful. We even had an opportunity to meet the chef, and he was very friendly. I’d go on a nice date here, or come out with friends again – it’s really worth checking out.
AWESOME!. Myself and several friends and family ate at this restaurant, and had the best time!The food was excellent. The menu touches everyones taste, so a variety of dishes were ordered. The steak, lamb and fish were cooked to perfection.A selection of desserts was served very creatively, and were delicious.The atmosphere and staff enhanced the whole experience, can’t wait to return.
