  Poor Customer Service. We placed a delivery at 11:30am Oct 23, that was in the amount of $34 give or take, including tax and delivery charges of 4-6 dollars. We gave instruction to have them call when they arrive. They paid a delivery service to bring it to us. The service delivered our food to the street adjacent to ours. We would have to walk 5 minutes to meet him. We agreed but the driver was not there, when we called his cell, he would not bring it to our property/location. We did not order a pick up service, we wanted delivery. Our food is now 10 minutes cold, as we can only expect so we called the store to have them send someone else, and they explained that we couldn’t have it until 4 as their driver was not in. They did not offer a fair solution, and we asked what they could do to rectify the situation. They told us we could have 10% off the delivery charge, which is 40-60 cents. This is unreasonable, and we cancelled our order. I would like to know how your corporation can guarantee quality customer service when ordering food from one of your franchises. If this cannot be done, we will not be ordering from any YUM services again, and we will take all of our business to the local independent fast food locations. Your menu selections are more expensive than your competition and we believe that it is worth spending money for a hot meal delivered by quality customer service people. No food is worth the attitude that we got from the order taker, the manager, or their hired delivery serviceman.
