Too hip to be square, but even the round pizzas are poor. Very expensive and 1 of the 2 pizzas we got I would say was inedible. The other was better, but nothing impressive. Both were from their selection of specialty pizzas – none of which I would choose to eat if the selection was within my control. This place is not good enough to be chique. Not cheap enough to serve as your local joint. And there’s not enough ability to choose your own toppings for me to be interested. I do have a bias against ‘hipster’ pizza, but by comparison other places I don’t like are miles ahead of this one.
Just bought a pizza from Knead pizza. After paying for the pizza, I noticed two mice scurrying among patron’s feet. I mentioned the mice to the woman who served me and she sarcastically feigned interest. They refuse to process refunds there. The pizza went in the compost bin at home and a call went in to the Food Inspection Agency.
This was one of our best pizza restaurant experiences, simply awesome. The manager and staff were very friendly and fun to talk to. The pizza was simply yummy the best we have had in years. Apparently everything is made from scratch, and the amount of toppings to choose from was just awesome. This experience was refreshing from going to the same old pizza brand names and restaurants. This is our new #1 Pizza Restaurant to go to.
For the price, this needs to be a good pizza… It’s just OK. Crust tastes decent, but the underside was undercooked and slightly soggy. The toppings were decent, but I felt the sauce had a slightly off flavor.They’re not helping themselves by not allowing any customizations whatsoever. I may give them another chance on the future if I’m in the area and desperate for a pizza fix.
Hipster pizza for sure. Trying to be to cool for there own good.Tried to order a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green pepper. Theory told me they didn’t make custom pizzas.The dough is good and they use quality cheese, serving customers is not there skill.Shame, if they would loose the attitude they could have a good business
I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place. I don’t know who decided on the different flavours of pizza they’d have as their house pizzas but obviously that person has no tastebuds. And the meat pizzas smell so gross that’s all you smell when you walk in there. Hipster pizza…. Enough said. Helpful nice staff btw so I guess they do have one positive thing going for them!
Pretty good pizza! The staff here was very pleasant and offered good suggestions. The dough is really fresh and yummy. Prolly the best dough I’ve tasted. We ordered the porky pie and the deluxe pizza. I would definitely return here to try others. Price was reasonable for quality of pizza ingredients. One thing tho…the pizza should be served with parm cheese to give it some salt. It was lacking some salt a bit in the flavour of the cheese or sauce…but when we asked for parm, we got it. So, no complaints.
