LOL I agree with the reviews on here! The only reason it’s amazing because they don’t remember your order so ladies and gentleman before you pay just make it up and you will probably get away with it haha clearly they are operating an awesome business :)On a serious note: poor customer service. Expect your food to come in about a year or never.
I’ve been to this place for the 1st time on a sat night its kids friendly busy nice decoration and clean.Service was fast . Half of their menu don’t exist not much to choose from ! I loved their lentil soup .Shisha was ok if you like mint other than that they have no choices.
Just ate here and pissed off. The waiter screwed up our order. When confronted she straight up lied saying that she gave my order earlier to my friend. I ordered kafta and two of my boys ordered flafel. She brought their flafel’s first and 10 minutes later came my order. Which was flafel not kaafta. When confronted she said she gave kafta earlier. Doesn’t make sense why you would bring a thrid flafel later. And 1 flafel and 1 kaafta. My friends didn’t remeber eating kaafta. Anyways, never coming back to this place. Worst service ever.
45 minutes for fries, 42 minutes for a hooka (Monday and Tuesday night). I ordered small fries and it took 45 minutes. I asked the waitress at the 20 minute mark if they forgot and she said they are making them right now (Monday night, not busy – service was terrible). Another night I ordered a hooka and it took 42 minutes (the place was 1/4 occupied). There were 3 workers standing at the cash register just talking for over 20 minutes. I guess they don’t want people coming back.I ordered 1 shawrma and got charged for 2 shawma’s. I had to argue with the manager that I only ordered 1.

Just Amazing. Went to this shisha place not expecting much but what an amazing little place hidden in the outskirts of hamilton/Stoney Creek. One of the best shisha’s I have ever had and not only that they are very friendly and unique. The fact that everything has been brought from Lebanon for this restuarant makes it worth while to visit once. I am a regular now…
