I can tell you from experience that the menu might as well be a GFS order sheet. Literally nothing is made in house. If you wanna get roped into paying over market price for reheated frozen food this is your place. Thats just the tip of the iceburg, over complacent staff in all areas of the building try with minimal effort to keep customers happy and would rather play on their phones than do their jobs, which is really easy to get away with because their are no floor managers working in the afternoon and the cesspool of staff working there fester in their laziness. Someone needs to take their head out of their bleep and realize that you cant run a business by forcing your managers behind desks instead of actually managing their staff
