I purchased from Marks for the first time today. I ordered early for a 7.00 pm delivery and guess what. Right on time. The food was some of the best ever. Dry garlic ribs with more meat than bone. Chicken balls with more chicken than breading. Huge and delicious egg rolls. Large servings of the entrees and the fried rice was wonderful. Huge and tasty shrimp. I could open a business with the condiments they included. I somehow doubt that I will go elsewhere. The value, the food, the service were all there. The delivery person was also great and described each item. Thank you Mark !
Yuk!. Worst Chinese food we have ever had ! Very disappointed, been searching for good Chinese cuisine ever since Yum Yum’s closed across the street from Marks.Yum Yum’s obviously did not rub off on Marks, What was suppose to be a hot spicy beef and vegetable dish was bland and hardly any beef ! The so called JUMBO shrimp with lemon was mostly heavy dough with tiny shrimp inside, not like Yum Yum’s tempura batter which was light, crispy and was a JUMBO shrimp ! As for the egg rolls, TASTELESS ! Oh well, gave it a try, but never again, I so miss Yum Yum’s !
Yummy Stuff. Honestly I was hesitant to try out this restaurant after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad to say my experience was a positive one! It’s not the fanciest but definitely one of yummiest take-outs I’ve tried. My food was really fresh as well. They were pretty lenient when it came to substitution (changed the chicken rice to beef rice). I found their portions to be huge so great value for the buck there. Just for your info – I picked it up from the restaurant and it took about 20 minutes or so. It’s my new favourite!
Great food. The egg rolls are the best there huge and crispy which I love, I always get the dry garlic ribs chicken balls and rice, occasionally chicken chow mein I love it all, not to mention how cheap it is. Great portions. Ordering some right now, had to find the number so had to right a review. Yummy
Very good!. I order every now and then and I really like the food here. The prices are quite reasonable and the free chicken wings is also a great bonus! (for orders over $20) The wait for me was around 20 – 30 minutes.
Worst food ever! Everything was stale and gross. I ordered dinner for one and the rice was so bland-absolutely no flavor. The chow mein was mush and the sweet and sour ribs were all bone. The egg roll was nothing but grease.Upon calling this restaurant I got hung up on twice and the order itself took over an hour and a half to be delivered. Not impressed at all! Worst 15.00 ever spent! I do NOT recommended this place at all.
Mark’s is my go-to!. I frequently go to Mark’s for my Chinese food fix. The prices are fair and the portions are reasonable.You can get a dinner for 1 for around $8. If you spend over $20 ask about the free chicken wings.NB: The trick with this place is to call ahead and go pick it up. Pay in cash.
