Cute establishment, and given the predominance of positive reviews made an out-of-our-way trip to Westdale to try their coffee. What a disappointment. Maybe because it was first thing Saturday morning who knows.
Cozy cafe, great coffee and the vegetarian chili I tried was solid as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stop by again.
Great coffee. I was referred here by a coworker, and I have to say it met my expectations. I ordered just a dark roast coffee which i drank black and was pleased with the full body of the coffee. It is very well priced for the quality of the coffee( large being $2.00), and the coffee is much better than any coffee from tim hortons or mcdonalds. The atmosphere was great and the rustic feel of the room was nice. I left the cafe unknowingly forgetting my wallet on the table and before I was halfway across the parking lot was stopped by another customer who had run out to return it, money and cards still in it. It is people like this that make me have faith in society.
Bad service. Ordered a chai latte yesterday. Usually love going to this place but the man who served me had such a poor attitude it made me not want to go there again. Even after handing me my latte, he didn’t say thank you for coming or have a good day. Just looked at me with a blank expression as he handed it to me and then turned away. Great service.
Fun and yummy. Great coffee, fabulous treats. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic. Love the brownies, but everything we have tried is fresh and delicious. The shop is eclectic and fun. Definitely worth a visit.
Best coffee shop in Hamilton. Along with it’s sister The Mulberry Street Caf, these places take the cake for atmosphere, friendly staff, original home-cooked lunch items, and wonderful coffee.
