So dissatisfied :(. Purchased $40 worth of Chinese food from here. The honey garlic spareribs were horrible. They were served to us still in the watery broth they were cooked in. It was just ribs in water with no sauce. They were gross! Upon returning them we were told that that is the way their ribs are. We asked them to take the lid off and look at them but they just refunded us our money and rushed us out of there. Granted, they were busy but that is not how you treat a dissatisfied customer. They could have at least looked at the ribs we returned. (We have purchased them before so we know how they are supposed to be) We had to return home to our cold food since we had to go back to the restaurant to return the ribs.(Take out) Very disappointing. Customer service was crappy and we will not return there.
Average. Not bad at all but far from great. it was dinner. An OK dinner.

Puzzled. W e tried to order pollock and chips (on the menu) but the cook was too busy to cook this particular fish although he COULD cook the higher priced fish. I could understand running out of a item at a busy time but not to refuse to cook what is advertised. Customer service is not a priority here so we left and went to Harrys at Ottawa and Fennell for a far superior fish and chips dinner and will not be returning to Nellies again. I suggest you try Harrys and compare.
Good Food. They make great fish dishes and great Chinese as well! I have the halibut & chips,they wife has a Chinese combo!Both well done.I highly recommend this place. Small but clean store.
Over priced. The Halibut was decent but too oily to be great. The portion size was disappointing given the price, you are given one piece of fish and lots of soggy fries. 3 orders costed $40, for that $ I would rather try and find something better. Probably will never go back. 6.5/10
This place is the best for fish and chips. So fresh and perfectly cooked. Excellent prices and the staff is wonderfully friendly.
