  We ordered over 120.00 dollars of food for Christmas eve. We received it at 6 pm as ordered. The food was disgusting. We had two kinds of spareribs and they both tasted like they had sad in the fridge for a weed. The breaded shrimp was so tough we had to pull off the batter, lol, even my dog had trouble chewing it up! Our cantonese chow mein had so little meat is was terrible. The noodles was so dry. The steamed rice was dried out. Our eggrolls and spring rolls were just grease balls. The egg foo young was burnt. The chicken balls did not even arrive and they were too busy to send them out. The receipt was missing so we could not even check to see what else we were missing but we are pretty sure something else was left out. All the food tasted like it was made at least a couple of days ago and then reheated for our order. So disgusted, I cannot imagine ever eating thier food again. Stay away!

  I have to call BULL**** on the other reviews on here. I have lived in Hamilton for 50 years and have been a very frequent and also very happy customer of this establishment. Is it pretty? NO. Is it fancy? NO. Do they have a dining room? NO. But… if you want take out… and you want GOOD take out at fair prices for large servings then this is the place to go. It is Family owned and I have seen the same people working there for decades. The food is decent and delicious. I have never had a problem with an order there and I have been a customer for decades. I am sure that mistakes can happen… but I have never experienced one here. If you want some good takeout, give this place a try. I am sure that you will NOT be disappointed.

  Crappy Service. Wow went to eat at Pagoda Chop Suey House 792 Concession St, Hamilton, Gave me 3 containers of red sauce in place of the food i ordered, Called them and told them they gave me the wrong items, but asked for the sauce back so they can resell it (as girl from back comes and gets it and brings it in the kitchen) I was blown away. Wow wonder if you get food else they brought back. NEVER eating there again!

  Worst adaptation of Cantonese chop mein I have seen. Soya based and the noodles were all chopped up. Disappointing
