In my opinion this is hamilton’s freshest, tastiest, cleanest pho restaurant. They take veg/vegan food seriously and offer several amazing dishes to choose from. Our whole family loves eating there, kids included.
By far the best pho restaurant!!. Ever since Pho NV has changed owners, the food, service, and the atmosphere is so much better. I’ve been to the restaurant many times and I have always received the same best genuine customer service from the employees. I always like to try the different menu items and every single time, I am very impressed and pleased with the presentation and of course the taste of the food. I love bringing my friends and family to the restaurant and everyone is always satisfied. I hope my review on the restaurant will help anyone’s decision to spend their lunch or dinner at Pho NV.
Worst pho place in town! The food isn’t even great their service is terrible. Sons owner I believe is high almost every time I go to eat there with my friends. Gives the most attitude doesn’t show respect to their customers who are giving them businesses. Lastly they don’t use real fruit to make their milk shakes! !! Who does that? !
BEST VIETNAMESE FOOD WE’VE EVER HAD. My date and I decided to go here for dinner… we were thoroughly impressed! 1. Excellent Ambiance and Decor, modern, great energy and quiet restaurant2. Excellent Service. The server was attentive, pleasant, friendly, clear and concise, and didn’t miss a beat3. Food was FANTASTIC. I’ve been eating Vietnamese Food for a while now, and I absolutely, hands down would recommend this place for being the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. We ordered a lot, and had to take it home but couldn’t stop eating it because we were having so much fun enjoying every bite!Thank you for such great service, great quiet and pleasant experience and above all – Your food is extra-ordinary and I wish you plenty of great success!!!
Newer, cleaner, modern vietnamese-thai restaurant. The food here is delicious and ridiculously economical (oddly contrary to a review I read, the waitress’ r attentive and so friendly). Unlike from my experience at some other pho in the hamilton area, Pho NV is very clean with a modern contemporary simple decor (did I say CLEAN in comparison to some of the others I hav been eww!). It makes me wonder if some of the bad reviews r written by their competitors, because none of the other Pho’s I have gone to can compare in taste and cleanliness (u shouldn’t hav to stress about cleanliness of a restAurant but I have been to some where I would NEVER return here in this city. The menu is large with a combination of both thai and vietnamese. I love the lemongrass grass chicken with cashews, I order it spicey. And when I need a protein fix I order grilled chicken breast, with porkchop (spicey), this dish is so cheap I couldn’t cook this at home for any less $$ and the flavors the meat r marinated in, amazing. I have a fussy friend who won’t eat any asian food but she loves this bbq meat dish, and this side sauce for dippin with subtle hint of lemon turns white rice into yummmm:)). Also cold spring roll appetizers and the deep fried shrimp withy spiy plum sauce for dipping.Pho NV is a new modern Pho restaurant, in my opinion making the surrounding competitors look dirty and outdated. The food is delicious. If you’ve been eating somwhere else at Pho’s in Hamilton, give this place a try, I’ve converted 2 ppl now. and also big bonus, free large parking directly in back of restaurant. Won’t b long before ill be standing waiting for a table at this place, its a just still not well know yet!! :)))
Family owned, clean, excellent food and great service and great price. Its hard to believe when I read bad reviews on phoNV because I’m a regular customer there. its a family owned resturant, and their all about customer service.Their food is consistent, their employees are very inviting and welcoming.They appreciate their costumers and put love in their food. They always try to get to know you and remember your name n face.By the third time eating at phoNV with my husband they reconized us right away. That was nice.They also have great glass of wine to go with their meals.i definitely recommend to all those vietnamese food lovers. i promise you’ll enjoy ur food n service @ PHONV!!p.s ( aaron h li, are you sure you went to the right vietnamese resturant? cause i know their staff pretty well and couldn’t believe your review.)
Another Critic. Pho NV has possibly one of the worst customer service. I have never had quiet as bad of an experience dining than at Pho NV. Expected a quality meal with a quality customer service but was given a poor meal. Whats worse is, upon contacting the General Manager to make a simple complaint, The General Manager was reluctant to provide any sort of customer service. Terrible attitude combined with terrible service and mediocre food = F for Freaking Fail
