Madame la bouche. Three words- clean, simple & authentic. I found this place after the new owners took over. It isn’t fancy gancy, the atmosphere is comfortable and clean, the staff is simply delightful, and the food is fresh and delicious. The soups are authentic, the veggie pad Thai to die for, and the curries smooth and flavourful. Reasonably priced- best in town pho sho!

Impressive!!. Co-workers and I decided to check out restaurants around where we work and we stumbled upon Pho NV. Place is extremely clean , modern , friendly owner and seems to greet all the regulars by name. Most importantly the food was delicious! Definitely will be going back to try other dishes. Well done!
