Disgusting and no customer service. We picked up a pizza from Pizza Pizza Mohawk road and Upper Wentworth in Hamilton. brought it home, opened it up pulled out a slice and found a long black hair in it.Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Called customer service. Got either cut off or heard the phone ring after listening to the recorded message for 6- 10 minutes only for the line to go dead. this happened 6 times. We started asking for names of the person answering. Finally spoke to an order rep who contacted a supervisor via e-mail. and was put through to a customer service rep. They refused to do anything as we did not have the reciept. How many people pick up the reciept?So here we are stuck with a hairy, inedible pizza and no one is prepared to do any thing for us.No quality control, dirty preparation, no customer supportDisgusting !!!!!We will contact head office.
