Wings are delicious. Ordered the wings after walking by this place. They were delicious fat spicy wings. I got the spices they had which left a burn and tasted great too. Typical hamilton prices. If you like hot wings give this place a shot, don’t let the exterior deter you.

Always a good time!. After seeing some negative reviews, I was surprised. I have always had prompt service, plus good food for a reasonable price. There are plenty of TVs for sports and the breakfast is my favourite (served till 2pm if you ask for the menu).
We love the Boathouse. I was surprised that people said their food took forever to come and it was wrong when it did. In 5 yrs of going there I have never experieced that. I have a 2 month d and a 3 year old so quick service and good food is important and Rays has both!
Our experience for Valentine’s Day 2011; we have been regular patrons at Ray’s for close to 8 years. We are huge fans of their wings and use Ray’s B’ House wings as the measuring stick whenever we have wings elsewhere, when out of town. This evening, we decided to head over for Wing Night and also ended up trying the dinner special. This was an absolute treat and was an amazing deal- food/price-wise. Steak with shrimp and Chicken Wellington with garlic mashed potatoes…including dessert (cheesecake) and a lovely longstemmed rose. All for just $40+taxes. The steak was beautifully done (a great cut of meat!) Chicken Wellington and salad was really delish! And, of course, we were so happy to see out favourite Hostess with the mostess. Thanks Karen! You Rock!! Stellar service as usual! Ray, hope you value this wonderful employee! Time to give her a substantial raise!! Karen always makes our dining experience so great!!!! It was very nice to spend Valentine’s eve (which also happens to be our wedding anniversary). 5 stars !
Average. Its a pretty average corner pub. Great beer selection.Their food is ok. I am a big fan of the wings. The rest of the menu is just ok.
Bad Food and Over Priced Beer. Ray`s food is just plain bad. I had a friend that work there and he said everything comes out of a bag or frozen. I was there and someone got pizza and wing combo. The pizza is gross. Not fully cooked and the crust was nasty. The wings were ok but if thats there number 1 item there in trouble.
