Excellent choice to have on Ottawa St. Friendly service and generous portions. The flavour is great and above average compared to other Chinese/Canadian food I have eaten. I particularly love the soups.
Where’s the meat?. Ordered several dishes and all of them were lacking in meat. The fried rice had 4 or 5 measly chicken pieces in it, general tao was all batter and no meat. The noodles we got were tasty, but also came with next to no meat. Was not enough meat for two people to split when there isn’t even enough for one person. If you’re a vegetarian you might enjoy this place. If you like meat with your meal then look elsewhere.
Awful and no english!. The food has no taste, no spices, very watered down, waste of money, they speak no english so u cant decide what 2 orderthe meat dishes have next to NONE meat in them!!! rip-off!
AWFUL FOOD, ZERO ENGLISH. My whole family HATED it, it tastes disgusting(probably it suits those lazy people in this run-down area that can’t cook ) but it was the worst chow mein to us!!! it’s a not a real chow mein!!! yuck, they gave beansprouts instead and a small crispy snack(that’s what chow mein for them) the menu DOES NOT explain what you get and they speak ZERO ENGLISH, so you can’t even ask questions, the other meal claims to be some chicken dish which actually had 1 spoonful of meat but they charge the price like any other restaurant that gives a proper portion!we paid $25 and had to THROW THE FOOD, and went somewhere else to spend $25 again, so this take-out evening cost us 50 bucks!!! But don’t worry I did a prank ordering so much food never picking it up… and don’t be surprised if they sold that to you the next day.

Thumbs up. Went here for the first time tonight. Looked sround the empty restaurant and wasn’t sure we made a good decision to come here. Egg rolls and Hot and Sour came out first. Wonderful especially the soup. A few minutes later our other four dishes came out. Everything tasted great and good portion sizes also. Very pleased with everything and we will be back.
Not impressed. Ordered a dinner for 5, with tip it was $56 and it was missing two dishes. when I called to complain they argued saying my meal was complete, I counted the containers and told them no we are missing 2! they screamed at me and told me I was a liar. not to mention the food was cold and my chicken balls soggy
