The food here is great but the service should be improved. I have a very old school Italian family who never wants to eat out and is extremely critical of Italian restaurants but they actually enjoy the food here.
Food wasn’t bad but was genuinely frustrated with the lack of intelligence that the waitresses possessed. Couldnt believe that they could get such a simple request so wrong!! Had taken my mother there for her birthday and the waitresses completely ruined it. VALENTINO’S should hire some brains! Seriously!!
Cannot recommend this place enough. While the service sometimes leaves a little to be desired, the pizza is worth the wait. The $20 Lg with 3-Toppings is our family’s go-to special for pizza night in Hamilton now. Forget NaRoma, go here next time and get Take Out pizza. Note – Order 30-45 minutes ahead. Also – Great Cappucino
