It’s an okay place to go with friends to hang out. Good view of the bay. Usually go there for some dessert but I’ve never tried any of their food.
Waiting waiting. Won’t be going there again…2 weeks ago the wait was an hour for food…happy mother’s day! We had to settle for a muffin…nice…went back today…hardly anyone there…half hour wait for food…was told they didn’t have enough staff??? Who us running this place? We went to good old Tim H ortons…
Shockingly terrible service.. While the patio is as beautiful as the weather today there is absolutely no way I would ever return. I have no idea how it could possibly take 1.5 hours to prepare bacon and eggs????? The patio is basically empty!!! I have never seen anything as bad as this. Totally unprofessional!!
A Dump!!. -The staff was extremely rude to say the least! most of all the Assistant Manager last Saturday evening.-The place is dirty, slow & unbearable hot. It has no air circulation since the doors to the patio outside are closed!If you want to have bad coffee & food + a horrible time … this is the place to go.
Mobile review. The food at William’s is consistently good. I can always meet up with friends, everyone can find something they like, and we can sit around and chat without ever feeling rushed.

Great location, good food but horrible service. Seems no one likes their job because it’s like pulling teeth to get a smile from anyone. Not a great atmosphere for this trendy, up and coming neighbourhood!
