GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I arrived with my kids at 5:55pm on a Thursday in May. I was told to grab a seat so the waitress could get us menus. Only after 5 minutes did I realize no menu had yet arrived! Finally, another waitress got us menus. Was there a miscommunication between waitresses or maybe they were having an argument? Whatever. I quickly ordered since my kids have little patience when they are STARVING. We waited patiently. I pulled up videos from the Wifi from the Second Cup next door since Naroma doens’t have free Wifi for guests. As we walked around the barren restaurant we noticed an order was up so we quickly got back to our table. But it was not to be because that order was for another table of guests who arrived just before us. At 6:30pm our waitress arrived with some bad news, Apparently, the new computer system, she said, did not accept our order and so it will be another 15 minutes for our order to arrive. Whatever. She offered a discount (unspecified) and some free desserts (unspecified type and number). So I weighed my options: About 50 minutes from the time we arrived to when we get our food. Maybe. Then a discount that barely makes a dent in the cost of their overpriced pizza. I DECLINED THE OFFER. Next stop? Anywhere else. Really, is pizza that rare? I get better service, a decent pizza, and I get to do my shopping when I go to Longo’s or Fortino’s. the place is a joke and deserves to go out of business.
