Not worth the money. I went to pita factory today and after waiting 15 minutes to be served I got a factory chicken breast pita. The factory adds fries to the inside of the pita for $1.35 extra……. I got 6 and no I’m not exageratting 6 fries in the pita. Didn’t think fries were so expensive. Last time I will go here
Have to say by far the best Pita I have ever had great selection of toppings and great service every time we go in very nice owners06 Apr, 2014This is a AMAZING Pita place a must try for any pita lovers out there by far the best pitas I have ever had so full of flavour and amazing choice of toppings not your typical pita shop I drive 45 mins out of my way just to stop at this place in Cambridge the food is great the service is always great the one owner is always very friendly and talks to you like he has know you for years which is great the other one on the grill is not as friendly think the owners are brothers but the nice one makes up for the cranky one overall best pita place out there I highly recommend it
Not Friendly. I enjoy their pitas, but the employees seem like they have to be there and not want to. Like your’e intruding or disturbing them by coming into the restaurant. No smiles, or anything. I find the owner phoney too. Wish there was another Pita Factory in Cambridge I would go there instead. On the positive side, the pitas are very good and tastey and I will return but my stomach turns inside out when going in because of the personality of the staff. Someone should call and talk to the lovely owner!!
Best pitas in the world. The entire world. The steak caesar pita is the best thing I’ve ever eaten, the portion is huge, the ingredients are fresh and delicious and the service is always friendly.
Meh. Service was so so, the pita itself was pretty good, veggies and stuff were ok, fresh, but the fallafel and hummus….couldn’t detect the hummus (I think it was squeezed out of a plastic bottle) and the falaffel was mushy and tasteless. I realize falaffels are probably not their top money maker, but if you’re gonna make them awful why even bother?
AWSOME FOOD AND SERVICE. This place is great the pitas are awsome they use real fresh chicken not processed like the other pita joints so many fresh toppings to choose from and tons of sauces as well the service was great as well the gentleman at the cash was so friendly and talked to everyone in the restaurant and this place was packed when i was there this is by far my new favorite pita place u have to check it out you will not be disappointed
