Stone in the fried rice. Not too long ago, I was at sushi feast with my family, enjoying a nice dinner when CRUNCH my teeth landed on a stone in my fried rice. It was disgusting, there was no reimbursement and to top it off, once they saw us ordering more than they thought we would, they stopped taking out order and completely bypassed out table.
This Place Is A Joke of an Establishment!!!!. We’ve eaten here on quit a few occasions leaving the Milton area, which by the way has a great local restaurant that caters us with the up most gratitude, but moving down to this area soon we’re trying to pick out a closer place. Tonight we went in and I guess they were trying a Cash Grab tactic, your 4 year old son has to be charged $15.99 because we ordered rice which was shaped like Sushi, really? Usually charge $4.00, We spent a lot of money at this restaurant and even got to know them on a first name basis. This is definitely the last time we are ever going there JOKE!!!!
Glass piece found in food. Their food had a glass piece on it and they took an hour and half to bring out a new dish. They did not apologise for any of it nor did see a point in apologising. Terrible service!
Very horrible service and rude servers. DO NOT waste your time, treatment is not worth the mediocre food.
Satisfied My Taste Buds!. We came in here on a snowy night during the week. We were greeted right away and given a menu; we opted for the a la carte menu as we weren’t hungry enough for the all-you-can-eat. We chose our meal and within a few minutes, the miso soup and salad came to the table. The soup was hot and the salad was fresh however, the dressing was a little bit too strong. We then waited another five minutes after we finished our soup and salad for our main meal. We ordered the vegetable box and the bento box a. Both meals were quite large with a lot of food; the bento box a had tempura vegetables, rice, breaded chicken, fried dumplings, and two kinds of sushi. There was a lot of food and it was only $10.50! The food was hot and delicious! The sushi was okay, not the best that I have ever tasted; they were quite small. In total, it cost us $22 to dine out which we thought was a great price! The service was also top-notch as the server came to our table often to pour water for us and to ask how we were doing. The dcor of the place was also impressive; with a large water fountain at the front and a lot of decorative items in the restaurant. Not sure if I will be back but for the meal we had, it was satisfying enough!
Service was slow and sushi was warm and looked like it was left over night on the counter. Price was standard for all you can eat sushi but quality was poor. Better off going to yes sushi 10 min away.
We’ve been going here for quite some time now. Unfortunately, the service had gone to crap over the last few months. Servers are extremely rude and avoid customers at all counts. Very disappointing.. 🙁 We’ll be finding a new place to go for sushi. 🙁
