Generous portion sizes (like, total meat thickness is equivalent to a slice of kaiser or two slices of rye bread) and quite good (fresh bread, lettuce, and tomatoes). I tried their ham, turkey and roast beef and all were good. This is not fine dining, but to pick up a quick sandwich, or for a picnic at high park, I would not hesitate to come here again. Definitely better than a tim hortons sandwich for a similar price point.
Simple. Tasty. These two words describe the sandwiches you get at High Park Deli Express. And I really appreciate that. They’re not trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to sandwiches. Fresh ingredients, and fast and friendly service. Less is more with this deli.
