Best Customer Service!!. This place is wonderful. All of the fresh pasta we have tried has been wonderful, the olives and the specialty olive oils and vingars too. But the best thing is the incredible customer service. They will answer any question you have about their products and very knowledgable. THANK YOU!! We will be back.
Delicious and expensive, but appropriately priced.. Parma is an AMAZING option when you’re on the way home and just don’t feel like making dinner. Their food is fresh and delicious and takes next to nothing to prep. It’s the only italian fast take out available around here as well, so I don’t see why anyone has a right to complain. My only wish is that they would stay open an hour later!
Always delish but prices creeping up. We pop in here for lunch on the regular. Their fresh pasta menu items change regularly. All are good. Seriously, we have never had a bland pasta dish. I prefer tomato or olive oil based sauces, he’s a sucker for the cream. Used to be able to grab lunch for $7, now the prices have crept up to about $11 for the same dish. There is limited seating, as the kitchen is the focus, and most patrons take their meals or frozen options to go, but we like the bustle of a crowd so we usually stay and enjoy on the spot, though I feel we are being cruel to those waiting in line. The toasted garlic bread on the side is hit and miss, but frankly you won’t need it. Take that from two big eaters. The pizza is all dough and no go, as my bf says. The desserts in that little round display case? OMG. Sinfully delicious. They have a grocery with limited but carefully-selected olive oils and vinegars. The freezer and fridge cases have all kinds of goodies, but other than the antipasti platter (perfect for two), I find the prices there too expensive as well. Lunches are 8/10 easily, and the staff is very pleasant. I won’t even try to deny that we will be back.
Very expensive for white flour. The half pan meat lasagna is composed of lasagna noodles, a little sauce, about half a cup of meat and only on the top is not more than half a cup of cheese. It serves 6 to 9 portions but the price is outragious at $32.90 I find that the quality has gone down so much since the beginning of 2013. I usually buy from Parma Ravioli about 5 to 6 times a month. Not anymore.
Yummmyyyy!!! House salad is delicious… never had a better salad dressing. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were tasty. Philly steak is the best I had in Ottawa so far.very good quality and generous quantity.
Convenient. Good fresh pasta and pre-made meals but they have the best banana cream pies there to die for!
Meatball Sub!. Get it for lunch tomorrow, you won’t be disappointed.
