Crap…..Useless…..Hated it completely……..On my recent visit, I had ordered Vada Pav and when i found hair in it, I have called the staff and showed it. I never wanted a replacement but just wanted to show them the kind of food they are serving. Look at the audacity of the staff that he takes the pav to the kitchen and bring it back after removing hair from it and asks me again where is the hair…..On the top of that i could hear screaming voice from some lady from the kitchen. What a complete non sense and ridiculous sense of business and etiquatte these guys have got…..Further they were not ashamed charging for the thrown up food they served…..completely ridiculous….will never go there
Food is OK here I won’t say excellent or very bad. Their menu is impressive. I had sandwich and some chat nothing new it seemed the same to me.
Superb food experience… We ordered Chinese bhel, Dahi puri, Misal Pav, chana chaat, grilled cheese toast… Every item tasted yum except chana chaat which wasn’t a chaat but baked grams tossed up with tomato, coriander etc. The service time was a bit slow.
Very bad place. Very cery small portion served. Too bad qulity. I would say even if they give away for free i would not go there
Horrible boss than experience. The food wasn’t as bad as the owner. Had the worst experience of life. Never went there for last 6 months and never will. I didn’t like the food they gave us so I called for the host and explained. We never ate anything, we were about to leave and the host calls for owner, and the owner started blabbering very rudely unknown of the fact we didn’t eat. When he came to know we didn’t, he started getting personal and more rude. That was totally unexpected.
Very poor service, not worth food and costly. We ordered, jalsa special tawa pulav, cost is steep $8.95 the highest among the pulav dishes!! first we thought the quantity will be good enough from our experience here in other local restaurants! but we were wrong, it was hardly enough for one person!!On top of it, it was not fresh, seemed was made a day before and just microwaved and presented. Pulav needs to be moist when served. This was looking dry and very pathetic experience for us. Rest of all dishes we ordered was nothing special for the price they are charging!!!In short, i would not recommend to go there at all and just avoid it, until they come down with some reasonable prices or increase quantity of dish.people avoid it…!
Very Bad Customer service. They have really poor service, like you order something and you will get it after 45/60 mins of wait. On top of that sometimes they forget ur order and you have to repeat after wait of 25/30 mins. They have only couple of people working and same thing happened twice. last time we had our food and nobody till end served us a glass of water. Finally when i was annoyed and when i complained about entire situation… owner did not even said sorry once.. too bad…too rude… never ever going there
