Not a bad spot. Have enjoyed the food and service, with the exception of one bartender.. Shaner or something.. she is consistently surly, rude, and generally a bad vibe. Other than that enjoyable.

Great Place to Go!. Had my birthday party here with a group of 12. The wait staff was quick and the food was tasty. The owner was present and very friendly. and set us up with a special table. The owner even bought us a round of shooters! The deep fried Mars bars were to die for. Thanks for a fun night out.
Ordinary Fare, Ordinary Colours, Ordinary Pub And Those Racing Waitresses. E: All the pub standards are on the menu. Burgers, fish and chips, wings, curry, sandwiches and even pizza are plastered on the menu. I opted for the veggie burger. The burger itself was good, the tomato was juicy, the pickles was crunchy and onion delicious. The bun itself was toasted and overly so. It dried too quickly. The side of French fries were especially disappointing. They were clearly of the frozen kind and likely not of the higher quality kinds (insomuch as frozen fries could be associated to quality). -A: The Crown & Lion is a red pub. No, it is not a centre for communists. The interior is all red, which includes the furniture, walls and carpet. The televisions on the wall are showing some crappy snippets of pro sports. Montreal was playing against Houston. There are dart boards on the wall. The bar sits in the middle of the dining area. The Crown & Lion is an English pub, but there are Fleur De Lis on the stained glass. From the outside it looks as if it is a French pub. The menu has a medieval look. -T: The waitress was quick too quick as you will see to seat us. She came back in ten minutes to take our order and returned ten minutes later since I was not ready earlier. The food arrived in more than ten minutes. The pub was hardly busy on a Friday noon upon our arrival. By 12:30 it was quite busy, but this is not the spot for a quick lunch. Being a small plaza without other restaurants parking spots are nor scarce.The bottle of Perrier came ever so fast. The waitress had one on her tray. She stopped to take a drink order. When I asked for a Perrier she just handed the one she was taking to or back to me!-S: The waitresses were polite, but they were apparently severely undermanned. They were trotting and galloping around with scowls on their faces as they dashed back and forth to the kitchen. The dashing and zooming and speeding were stressing me out! There seemed to be three waitresses total later, but food was late, quality checks were out of the question and bill was less than prompt.
Great atmosphere and staff. Excellent beer taps. Really good pub grub.Specials are really good and cheap. Check out 2 pieces of fish & chips on Friday for $11. Ribs are outstanding. Lots of big screens for sportsfans. Dart boards.. Good patio.. Pub trivia on Wed. I highly recommend.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We tried the burgers plus the liver & onions. Great tasting food and big portions. There are lots of TV’s and a big screen too. I visited the restroom and it was clean and well stocked. The prices are a little high but appetizers are a great price before 7pm. I’ll be going back again.
