Bad experience. Never had a bad experience from Pizza Edge until today.I ordered a party pizza thin crust whole wheat for delivery from Pizza Edge. The delivery came to me after 40 minutes as promised so still no problems.The problems started once I took my first bite. The pizza had not been cooked through properly and was raw. Naturally I called straight away to complain. What I was greeted with was far from good customer service.Firstly I was told that we don’t try to make these pizzas for a reason (yet it is on the menu). Then I was asked to bring the pizza back personally (even though I asked for delivery). Lastly I was told that they would replace the pizza but only with a large as three slices had bites taken from it (how else would I and my family know it was raw).In the end I left it as I really got fed up with the service over the phone and told them to leave it.Be aware and don’t use Pizza Edge as its really just about the money and a long standing customer really doesn’t matter.
On June 22nd after I finished umpiring a game. I had an appetite and I saw this pizza place. So my friend and I decided to check it out. Man was I in for a surprise. The pizza was outstanding. The young lady took the time to suggest what we wanted. This was bout noonish or so. I wish they had a sitting area but mind you that will come with time. Overall the price was reasonable for the large pizza. Am going to return though it is not in my neighbourhood. Count on it. A1. As far as criticizing from others on this. To each their own. But as for myself and my friend it is outstanding. Keep it up and you (the owners) are sitting on a gold mine. Thanks again.
Pizza edge is great the interior is nice and clean the menu is super creative and the customer service is awesome ! 🙂
Amazing pizza, unfortunately the old owners sold the store and the quality decreased… but fortunately the old owners have re opened a brand new location on queen and chingcousy road. Great Pizza!!
Old owner was better
Disappointed. The rating on this place was high and I was looking forward to trying their pizza.It showed up over done, the cheese tasted grainey (almost like it was frozen grated), the peperoni was blah and the sauce was a congealed lump.I am hoping it was a one time thing and might give them a second try to make sure it gets a fair shake, but it will be with a backup plan in mind.
