Friendly service, great food. My husband and I came here for the first time yesterday for our anniversary. I am a vegan and called them beforehand to make sure it was okay they could make me something off menu. It was no problem for them at all. They had created a mini menu for me to choose from when I got there including appetizers. The food came out and it was amazing. My husband had the lamb and said it was great. We will definitely be making this restaurant a regular date-night destination when we want to stick close to home.

Like a mini vacation. I love the food and the atmosphere at Davidson’s, it’s like taking a mini vacation. The cottagey feel is unpretentious, and the food is first rate. Hot, freshly prepared meals served by friendly staff. A great, relaxing place that’s formal enough for a romantic dinner for two.

Cosy and Delicious. The restaurant has a very cosy and inviting feel to it, the service is excellent so friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic. The menu is varied from pasta to curries to steaks… everything tastes home made, you must try the prime rib and beef tenderloin – you in your mouth delicious, and the bread pudding is excellent.
