Love A&W but this location is possibly the worst in fact it is discussing. Dirty smells and the service is nothing short of horrible. Did I mention its dirty. Watched the staff prepare food after touching money and various other parts of there body no gloves no washing gross .Do not eat there period . The location should be shut down or new staff and management be brought in.

Rude service. A&W is my daughter favorite restaurant! We are like regular customer to the one on terry fox. Quite many times we got wrong order but did want to back as we have already left the restaurant. I just went 15 minutes ago,drive through as usual. But this time I have decided to check my order before I leave. About 5 second the stuff asked me rudely to move. If I want to check my ordering have to move and I, more to welcome to check. There is reason I went drive through…I should never ask to move my car after several second. Am I not deserv the service I support to deserve? So if my order is wrong again…I have to go in and correct it?? What’s the point of going through drive through???After all am I not allow totaled few second to make sure everything is good to go???What kind of service are you providing ? Taking customers money and tell them off??

Wrong order, no bill, no phone. Not impressed.. My kids wanted A&W after hockey practice. Since I was on my own with my two boys (3 and 10), I went through the drive-thru. When I get to the window I’m told the credit card machine is not working. So I park and quickly run in to pay and get the food, leaving my boys inside the car. It took a few minutes to get the food, I paid and rushed to get out to my boys. We get home and I realise the order is wrong and I got no reciept. I try calling to check to make sure I wasn’t overcharged and after a few tries realised the phone number won’t connect you to anyone or even let you leave a message. I’m not impressed. And the onion rings were overcooked.
