Worst food in the area. Overpriced frozen slop served by inexperienced staff. Although I guess it is challenging to recommend something off the menu when you know what poor quality it is. Frozen fries, burger was way undercooked- nothing done even though we were clearly disgusted and hardly touched the food. AVOID!
What a rip off. Thought we’d have a nice preshow meal and tried Burt’s. Worst meal of my life!!!!! How can anyone screw up a plate of nachos!! I wanted to take it to the kitchen and see if the chef would even eat it it was so bad.
Worst burger ever. I unfortunately brought a client from Buffalo into Berts Bar before the Sens vs Sabres game on December 20th. When I noticed how expensive a burger was I figured it would be a good one. By far the worst hamburger I have ever had in my life…my client agreed. Very embarrassing start to the evening…my fault for not doing my research.
Why I am becomming a vegaterian. On the 23 of Nov. I had the unfortunate experiance of eating for the first time at Berts. I had the phillie cheese steak or what was advertised as such. what was suppose to be meat turnd out to be grissel, fat, and still bloodied pieces, . I realize that they were busy ,but to lack the quality controll of the kitchen as to what is being served do not speek highly of of management. I shall never in modern life times return to this restaurant, and will be a long time getting over this experiance.
The menu doesn’t have much to offer. A few appetizers, pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Restaurant has lots of big screen TVs and the good thing about this place is not having to wait in line to get into the venue. That’s about it!
Avoid at all costs !!!. Very expensive, bland food. The pizza is not bad but the pasta special is incredibly ordinary. You might as well stay home, cook pasta, take tomato sauce from a can and poor it over. Next time we go there for a show, we’ll bringour lunch and eat in the car.
