Went in with a few friends last week, not the same as downtown location that’s for sure! Waited almost 10mins for drinks, bartenders are way too slow while servers have to stand and wait. Prices have gone up, while food is getting worse. Some of the servers need to smile and not look like they haven’t slept in days. No pianos, the main reason people go. The manager just flirts with the severs the whole time. I would not recommend going anytime soon. Not worth the money!!
Opening week, and the staff and kitchen got it right. Food and service was great. One thing that I personally would like to see on the menu is etouffee. An etouffee (crawfish/ shrimp) is a must in this New Orleans style restaurant. Looking forward the experiencing the Velvet Room.
