The service here is really slow, I waited forever for my food. The staff were super rude, and the owner in particular made me feel very unwelcome. Not to mention that the food has hardly any flavour. Not worth it at all.
This place is awful, horrendous, and disappointing. I had tentative hope because of the good reviews but this is probably one of the worst pho places I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating at in my entire life. The employees are not hostile but completely lacklustre. The owner seems kind of rude and the food is definitely not up to par. There are so many good pho places in Chinatown that this place shouldn’t even be open anymore, to be honest. The meat is fatty and flavourless, the soup is disgusting, and the only redeeming quality is that the portions are large. I ordered a smoothie that took so long to arrive that I had basically finished my meal and had to ask for it multiple times. I wouldn’t recommend this pho place to my worst enemy. Even for Ottawa, you can do better than this restaurant, easily! DO NOT VISIT!

Two entries came, after some time the appetizer came, then finally, as everybody else was finishing, the final entree arrived. The food was kind of bland, not what I would expect. Don’t think I’ll be back.
