  2 minutes ago-EditIF I HAD A CHOICE IT WOULD AND IS A BIG FAT ZERO MY HUSBAND AND I JUST WENT TONIGHT AND WE GO ABOUT 8 TIMES OR MORE OUT OF A YEAR BEEN GOING FOR 4 YRS NOW AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ALL THE SHRIMP WERE SPONGY THE RIBS WERE OLD AND SOME OF THE OTHER DISHES WERE SPOILED WHERE AS WE HAD TO SPIT IT OUT I LOVE SUSHI AND HAVE IT EVERY TIME THE COLD SALMON HAD LOTS OF BONES ON IT AND THERE WAS A SHARP ONE CUT MY MOUTH THIS IS SUSHI THE KITCHEN STAFF WERE NOT KEEPING THE PANS FULL ALWAYS EMPTY AND WHEN YOU ASK THEY WALK AWAY SO WHEN WE WERE GOING TO PAY I SAID SOMETHING TO LET THEM KNOW SO I SAID IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TONIGHT AND SAID WHAT I JUST SAID HE IGNORED ME THE WHOLE TIME AND SAID THAT YOU LOST US AS CUSTOMERS AND WONT BE COMING BACK STILL NOTHING NOT LOOKING AT ME JUST WANTING MY MONEY MORE THEN ANYTHING AND SAID I DON’T UNDERSTAND AS WELL THAT IT SEEMS YOUR STAFF DON’T CARE ANYMORE AND SAID NOTHING JUST HANDED ME MY RECEIPT AND WALKED AWAY . NOT A SORRY NOTHING FIRST TIME I EVER WROTE A REVIEW CAUSE I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW SHAME ON YOU PANDA GARDEN

  Friendly staffs but bad management …got bud in my drink and I complained to manger all he do is sent me to server … sever has no authority to do anything but she still give my discount ….when I pay manger told me the waitress has not right or authority to do that . ..I will never go the anymore …give u guys heads up MANAGEMENT IS SHITY

  Never had any issues here. Food is always good. Not as good as the Mandarin buffet but not as expensive as mandarin either. The only suggestion i would have for this location is to keep the man behind the counter/bar from watching over you. I feel like he is always watching what you are eating

  Service was great, but the food was cold, as if it came right out of the freezer. It gave me quite the stomachache afterwards, I won’t be coming back here.

  It was mother day and my Mother law requested takeout from Panda Garden. I usually don’t write reviews. However, my takeout experience with Panda Garden warrants it. I have been living in Ottawa for over the past 30 years, and I can say that this was the worse takeout Chinese food I ever had. We ordered the dinner for four the price was good. Below are issues we had with the food.- Order was wrong. We got two boxes of chicken balls. We didn’t get generalchicken and was substituted with some sort of red sauce chicken.- We had chicken balls with no chicken, and the sauce and ribs were beyond horrible.-The egg rolls were filled with cabbage with no flavor.Like my brother in law said it the best. It was like eating he’s grandmother dreadful attempt to making Chinese food. The only different that her food was better, and she is known to be a bad cook.The had give a rating of one and that’s being kind.

  Maybe it was just the day we went, but I was expecting the worst based on reviews here and I ended up enjoyed the food at Panda Garden. The overall selection of the food was good, though the sushi selection was a little bit weak. The restaurant was nice and clean with an attractive decor. Would eat there again.

  Food was mediocre overall. Nothing was great, mostly just ok. And at $18.99 for a Friday evening meal it was not worth it. Selection & service were good but I won’t be going back.
