Did not like the poutine at all!. The poutine was served with gravy that tasted like it came from a packet of dried powder like those Club House mixes. Also, there were no cheese curds to be found, even though the menu photo displayed cheese curds. In its place, grated cheese was used! Awful.
GROSS FOOD!. I’ve been there on multiple occasions and the food is absolute crap!It’s about the same quality as cafeteria food but at twice the price! Frozen burger paddies, Frozen fries, cardboard Pizza, wilted ice-burgh lettuce salads, Frozen Veal parmigiana. Horrible selection of beer and very rude staff/owner! This has got to be a front for some sort of corrupt business because this place is always practically empty! I know because I live across the street form that mall. If you want good pizza, go to Willy’s if you want good pub food, go to Barley Mow’s or Cheshire Cat pub!
We were the only ones in the restaurant and we were very ignored by the waitress. Drinks remained empty for a long period of time. The food took a very long time even though we were the only ones there. The decor is dated and needs renovating. Waited over half an hour for our meal. Will not be returning. The pizza however was decent.

Very basic pizza. I think the best way to judge a pizza restaurant is by ordering a simple, plain pizza. That’s what I ordered the first time I visited this restaurant and I was pretty disappointed. The pizza lacked flavour. I was hoping this place would be my regular spot because it’s close to my house, but it took them a long time to make our pizza (yes, a cheese pizza). It’s not worth it.

Best Pizza. If you are going to Papa Sam’s, be sure to have the pizza. They have been making this pizza for a long time, and I haven’t found better pizza in the city.
