A hidden gem. Quaint little spot without sacrificing comfort for space, and the food was all prepared very well. The Phu-Yen wraps with grilled pork were seasoned well and surprisingly moist while still maintaining a crunchy texture. Their pho selection was small but they had a large variety of other Vietnamese food on the menu which shows off their versatility. Even still the broth was rich with flavour, the noodles were very smooth and chewy, and both were complimented with a fair amount of meat. The spicy black bean sauce was packed with flavour on the flat noodle dish, but was surprisingly light and brought the generous portion of beef up to another level. Naturally the service was great as well, and combined with the excellent food I had an awesome experience and would highly recommend this restaurant!
